With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Jewell Ratliff of Fairland, Indiana, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elkins and Linda Elkins; her husband Donald L. Ratliff; her daughter Kimberly Ann Ratliff; and her siblings, Donald, Paulette, Sara and Ann Sue.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenny Ratliff (Debbie) of Speedway and Larry Ratliff (Rocky) of Fairland; her brothers, Ted Elkins (Patricia) of Kentucky and Johnny Elkins of Michigan; her grandchildren, Kyle Ratliff (Bryn), Shea Fink (Eric), Justin Ratliff (Jessica), Isabella Smith (Braden), Silas Ratliff and Brianna Ratliff; and her great grandchildren, Hanna, Lilli Fink, Jackson, Aubrey and Axel Ratliff.
