He is survived by: his wife Debra Caruthers (Boles); his daughters, Crystal Cord (Jeremy) of Fairland and Brandi Stover (Derek) of Shelbyville; his son-in-law Ben Shepperd; his brother Ronnie Caruthers of Fairland; his siblings-in-law, Ron Boles (Susan) of Fairland and Connie Humphreys of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Paige Davis, Ema Cord, Chad Morton, Gage Caruthers (Grace), Cole Shepperd and Jackson Stover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
