We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2018, at the age of 93, Katherine Powers (Fairland, Indiana), born in Glens Fork, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, John A. Wright, Judy Wall and Nancy Ramey. She is survived by: her parents, Pleas A. and Jennie Morgan (Grant); her husband Edward J. Powers; and her children, Linda Jett (Glen), Douglas Powers (Ginny), Michael S. Powers (Belinda) and Mary Lue Abbott (Joe). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
