She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Ward and Edna Ward (Gray); her husband Earl Caudill; her brother Harold Ward; and her daughter Shirley Mehmet.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Caudill and Elaine Hulsman; her sister Carol Horton; her grandchildren, Susan Thomas, Kami Robinson, Erturk Mehmet, Brooke Adkins, Chris Adkins, Heather Repass, Amber Richardson and Jasen Caudill; and her sister-in-law Carlee Boschain. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
