We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2019, at the age of 71, Jerry Ayers (Fairland, Indiana), born in Ewing, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Ayers; and his siblings, John Hensley and Lillian Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ayers (Cook); his sister Ellen Tracy of Oklahoma; his niece Laura Pike of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chelce Hazlett, Ricky Hazlett, Misty Hazlett and Katina Boswell; and his children, Jaeden Shorter, Hailie Shorter, Tyler Etheridge, Paul Childers, Daryn Childers and Israel Childers.
