It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jackie Mason Higginbotham Sr. (Fairland, Indiana), who passed away on May 6, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Higginbotham and Maude Kate Higginbotham (Walters); and his wife Carolyn Sue "Carol" Rigney. He is survived by: his sons, Tony Higginbotham (Karen) of Greensburg and Jack Higginbotham Jr. of Fairland; his grandson Ryan Higginbotham of Greensburg; his sisters, Barbara Black of Monticello, Bertha Hurt of Monticello and Kathryn Kelly of Dayton, Ohio; and his close friend Sandy Craigmiles of Greenwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
