She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Ayers, Linda Willis, Sandra Wilson and Jo Ellen Meziere. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
