She is survived by: her husband George Curtis Wampler; her sons, Mike Wampler (Kathy) of Shelbyville and Randy Wampler (Sylvia) of Franklin; her siblings, Clay Ward (Judi) of Fairland, Bobby Ward of Columbus and Vickie Jarvis (Jim) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Amy Beaver (Chad), Kyle Wampler (Sabrina) and Kristin Mohr (Joe). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
