It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldon Riggins of Fairland, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Riggins and Eva Nadine Riggins (Callahan); and his brother Jerry Neal Riggins. He is survived by: his wife Jane Riggins (McElfresh); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Benjamin, Nicholas Riggins, Andrew and Erin Locke; his son David Neal; his daughter-in-law Jennifer (Stafford); and his daughter Jennifer J. Locke (Steve).
