She is survived by: her husband John R. Semenick; her children, Jerry Semenick (Kelly), Shawntell Collins (George), Samuel Semenick, Rachel Capps (William) and Julie Turnbull (Shane); her grandchildren, Heather Fields, Emily Semenick, David Semenick, Jeremiah Semenick, John-Michael Butcher, Morgan Woolf, Benjamin Butcher, Jacob Butcher, Leah Collins, Alyssa Collins, Nicholas Middleton, Jr., Rebekah-Lynn Middleton, Kaitlynn Mosiman, Kristen Mosiman, Thomas Hoaglan, Taylor Turnbull, Tylor Turnbull and Alex Turnbull; her great grandchildren, Vincent, Abigail, Justin, Isabella, Ivy, Oliver, Asher, Uriah, Lainey and Meiah; and her sisters, Brenda Croley and Betty Foster.
