He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Evans and Virginia Evans (Montgomery); and his brother Larry Evans. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Dunaway (Phil) of Fairland, Karen Miller (Bruce) of Shelbyville, Karol Evans (David Thacker) of Shelbyville and Bill Evans (Donna Wildrick) of Fairland; and his sister-in-law Glenya Evans of Fairland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
