She was predeceased by: her daughter Milissa Ann Rambis; her mothers, Pearl C. Chambers and Wanda Chambers; and her sisters, Katana Jean Fulford and Beaverly Tumillo.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard McCullough of Fairbanks; her son Chad Rambis (Morreen) of Farmersburg; her grandchildren, Rachael Croft of Sullivan and Jake Croft of Terre Haute; her great grandchild Kyler Jones; and her brothers, Frank Chambers (Jill) of Prairie Creek and Jimmy Chambers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
