He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Clark and Wanda Bennett Clark; and his siblings, Stanley Walker, Deanna Milles and Patti Brodie.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Clark (Overton); his stepchildren, Doug Shepler (Karen) of Clay City, IN, Bruce Shepler of Merom, IN and Cindy Shepler (Kenneth Hopper) of Sullivan, IN; his siblings, Kenneth Clark (Boukje) of Goldsboro, NC, Gary Clark (Anne) of Sullivan, IN, Donald Walker of Sullivan, IN, Carol Jernigan of Jasonville, IN and Sandra Farmer (Jack); and his pet Freddie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
