He is survived by: his parents, Kenton Ames and Tammy Ames (Orsburn) of Fair Oaks, IN; his brothers, Nick Bittick (Nina) of Glenview, IL and Brett Ames of Hammond, IN; his nephews, Mickey and Sam Bittick; his niece Annabel Bittick; and his grandmother Vivian Ames.
