She is survived by: her father Jeremy Dillingham (Jodie); her close friend Chandler Yarber; her daughter Paycen Shell; her grandparents, Karin Padgett, Linda and Alan Dillingham; and her siblings, Alexis Dillingham, Hannah Sobolewski, Ally Veale, Chelsea Baker, Emily Rickard, Abbie Dillingham, Bailey Dillingham and Austin Buchta. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Winter's daughter, Paycen Shell.
