He was predeceased by: his son Aaron Waters; and his parents, Bill Waters and Ellen Waters. He is survived by: his daughter Sonia Waters (Chris Chrockrem); his sister Barbara (Albert); and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Karen, Susie, Christine, Chris, Ellen and William.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Billy Waters Memorial Fund to assist with funeral and cemetery expense in care of Alexander West Chapel.
