He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse L. Tapp and Catherine "Kitty" Long Tapp; and his sister Betty Mae Templeton. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Thomas Tapp; his daughter Holly Hollis (Kelly) of Owensboro, KY.; his brother James Larry Tapp of Ben Wheeler; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ty Gatten, Luke, Zach Woodyard and Samuel Hollis.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lions Club of Morganfield or John Paul II Catholic School.
