He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daisy Vincent and Brown; his wife Annetta; his children, William "Tony" and Lisa VanBibber of Evansville; and his granddaughters, Amanda Monks of Evansville and Brianna Vazquez (Saúl) of Evansville. He was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews; and a very good friend.
