He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Newman and Rena Mae Newman (Thompson); and his brothers, Jeff Newman and Douglas Newman. He is survived by: his wife Marie Newman (Dwyer); his children, Angela J. Newman-Embry (Donnie), Mary A. Newman-Sisk (Johnny) and William S. Newman, Jr. (Micheal W. Newman); and his siblings, Sonya Greentree, Kimberly Krause (Abe), April Tate (Ron), Joseph Newman and Charles Newman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
