He is survived by: his parents, William Tolliver Sr. and Barbara Bradley Davis; his children, William Tolliver III, Devontae Tolliver, Shannon Tolliver-Lowery and Wilnashia "Fruit Loop" Brown; his brothers, Gary Bradley (Sholonda) and LeVelle Jerome Tolliver; and his grandmother Helen Rhea. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, a host of aunts and uncles.
