He is survived by: his wife Wilda "Willie" Cook (Payton); his sons, Tim, Danny of Evansville and Mark of Arizona; his stepchildren, Francis Burch, Carl Askins, Jr. and Kenneth Askins; and his stepgrandson Derek Burch.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, Washington Avenue (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
