Jerald Jones wrote a sympathy message

“Everybody that knew Bill thought the world of him. I most surely did. Over the years, I got acquainted with his family and found the family to be giving and kind. Bill made everyone smile and at the same time shaking their head in disbelief at some of his antics. His handshake was so strong and you could count on him to help in anyway if one needed it. The hours spent with Bill were so rewarding in the sense that we both felt a kinship that was built on respect, admiration, and love. Jerald”
