It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Reed Russell of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Russell and Ivy Lee Russell (Mayton); his former wives, Margaret Russell and Delma Russell; his daughter Jeanne Russell; his stepsons, Ryan Marshall and Ronnie Marshall; and his siblings, Juanita Sampson, Geraldine Russell, Barbara Russell, James Russell, William Russell, Robert Russell and Victor Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughter Cheryl Long (Doug); his grandson Kyle Taormina; his stepsons, Rodney Marshall (Cindy) and Timothy Glore (Tammy); and his stepdaughter-in-law Sue Marshall. He is also survived by great-granddaughter, several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
