He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Jost and Pauline Jost (Wolf); his children, Kimberly Ann Jost and Roger Thomas Jost; his brother Lloyd Jost; and his brother-in-law Kenny Bergman.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy "Pat" Jost (Shelton) of Evansville, IN; his children, Karen Lynn Fetcher (Troy) of Griffin, IN and Joseph Jost (Lara) of Evansville, IN; his sisters, Anita Bergman and Carol Wagner (Robert); his grandchildren, Jamie Garrett (Brandon) and Jason Jost (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Stephen, Cameron and Mariah; and his sister-in-law Joanie Jost. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
