He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Ballew and Mildred Ballew (McNeely); his sister Lois; and his brother-in-law Ron Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Ballew (Loesch); his children, Julie Kuehn (Larry) and David Ballew (Doreen); and his grandchildren, Christina Bartley (Clint), Shawna Vargas, Jeannie Miller (Marcus), Shawn Kuehn (Chris Payne), Jennifer Buehler and Molly Boyd (Jeff). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
