McNary Sr. and Emma C Waddy Norman; his stepfather James A Norman Sr.; his son Tracy James Norman of Washington; and his siblings, Tony Waddy, James II, Carlyle Norman, Steven Fellows, Herschel McNary, Earl McNary, James McNary, Patrick McNary, Chris McNary, Alice Burris, Ruth Howard, Pam Pauley, Roselyn Coleman, Earlisha Nolan and Earlrica McNary. He is also survived by one grandson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
