He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Schuler (Barthel) and Wilbur Schuler; and his wife Phyllis Ann Schuler (Hoyt). He is survived by: his children, Tom Schuler, Jr. (Catherine), Bob Schuler (Rhonda) and Kathy Janiga; his grandchildren, Shelbie Schuler, Elizabeth Schuler and Evan Janiga; his great grandchild Maura Jean Schuler; and his brothers, Richard Schuler (Martha) and Jerry Schuler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
