She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gruner and Magdalena Gruner; her husband Roger Kiefer (Podgie); and her brother Walter Gruner (Wally). She is survived by: her children, Chris (Denise), Kurt (Tammy), Kary (Sara), Joe (Jo Ann), Mark (Kathy), Kim Marshall (Scott) and Kelli Remmel; and her sister Kim (Scott). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces/nephews, great-nieces/nephews, and a very large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Benedict Cathedral, 1328 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47714, in her name would be greatly appreciated.
