He is survived by: his son Eric Collins (Jamie) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandsons, Christopher Collins and Nicholas Marks of Indianapolis; his siblings, Wayne T. Collins of Bethesda, Stephen M. Collins of Evansville, Addie Collins Johnson of Sharon and Gail Collins Williams (Joseph) of Wappingers Falls; his nephew Parker Collins Johnson (Karen) of Vancouver; his nieces, Jennifer Wolfe (Dennis) of Evansville, Lauren A. Williams of Cairo and Kristen Horigan (Brendon) of Boonton; and his great-nieces, Quincy Anne Johnson of Vancouver and Rania Saeed of Cairo, Egypt. He is also survived by numerous relatives and lifelong friends.
