He was predeceased by: his father Carl Headley; his sister Carol Headley; and his stepfather Kenneth Koerber. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Headley (Gasaway); his mother Emma Koerber; his children, Briawna Headley (Alfonso Roblero), Amber Headley, Justin Headley (Amy), Candice Williams, Jennifer Williams (Jarrod Moore), Brittany Williams and Johnny Williams (Rachel); his grandchildren, Kimberly Williams, Abigail Williams, Kennedi Schaefer, Jensen Williams, Tobias Coomer, Adonis McNeal, Blake Shadrick, Jaden Harrell, Aereyauna Brown, Braydn Minnette, Alistair Headley, Breyannah Pace, Devyn Pace, Skye Brown and Zoey Brown; his great grandchild Layla Brown; and his niece Emily Headley-Fox (Christopher).

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Alexander West Chapel (2100 W Illinois St, Evansville, IN 47712). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
