He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mattingly and Mary Mattingly (Loesch); his siblings, Marilyn Herren, Patty Black, Mary Jo Slinker and Alan Mattingly; his brother-in-law Paul Herren; and his pet Sadie.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Tungate (Keith) and Steve Mattingly, Jr.; his siblings, Linda Malvino (Bob) and Bill Mattingly; and his grandchildren, Dana, Sydney, Hannah, Kameryn, Kirstyn, Tre, David, Sierra and Candice. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chemo Buddies or PC Pound Puppies.
