She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elpers and Henrietta Elpers (Koressel); her husband William Neumann; and her siblings, Hazel Kraft, Vernon, Virgil, Wilfred, Robert and Jerome Elpers.
She is survived by: her brothers, Jim Elpers and Sylvester; her pet Cornelius "Neil" Elpers; and her caregivers, Mary Lou Nelson and Jackie Claybrooks.
