He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Frederick and Ruby Ordrew Duncan (Shelton); and his siblings, Joan Ferguson, Debra Staples and Jerry Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Lynn Duncan-Rogers (Shahona Rogers-Duncan) of Indianapolis, IN and Ashley Hale (Edward) of Evansville, IN; his sister Linda Gail Markham (George) of Henderson, KY; his grandsons, Bryce Ransom, Mason Ransom and Ronald Durham; and his sister-in-law Wanda Duncan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
