He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Ballard (Riffert) and Benjamin Ballard; and his brothers, James Donald and W. Eugene Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Ballard (Morgan); and his daughters, Bridget A. Ballard Cummins (Gregory), Brenda Ballard Alfson (John), Beth Ballard Black (David) and Amy Lynn Ballard Neely (Kurt). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
