We bid farewell to Rita Duncan of Evansville, Indiana, born in Hartford, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 9, 2024 at the age of 71. Rita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert C. Douglas and Stella Faye Douglas (Snodgrass); her husband Phillip M. Duncan; and her sister Carolyn Rhineburger. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Humphrey (Chris) of Evansville, IN and Phillip A. Duncan of Surprise, AZ; her grandsons, Cooper Humphrey and Jackson Humphrey; her sister Diane Barnett; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Ashburn (Greg) and Fran Blacklock (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
