He was predeceased by: his parents, James Talley and Roberta Talley (Kinnett); his daughter Kelly Marie Talley; and his siblings, Pamela Faye Strouse, Vicky Lynn Wootton, Becky Talley, Donny Talley and Bobby Talley.
He is survived by: his wife Christina Talley of Evansville, IN; his children, Katie Talley (Chris) of Evansville, IN, Kendra Stockton (Billy) of Evansville, IN, Kimberly Talley of Evansville, IN and Kevin Allen Talley (Hailey) of Evansville, IN; his sister Linda Sue Groves (Doobie) of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Paisley, Adaleigh, Hunter and Joey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
