Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rex Patrick Mowery of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 63, on April 7, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Rex and Helen Mae Mowery (Cardinal); his children, Adrien Joseph Mowery and Sarah Lynn Appel; and his brother Charles Joseph Mowery.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Elaine Venturini; his sisters, Karla Wade (Mark) and Kim Byrne (Rick); his granddaughters, Makaelyn and Brooklyn Appel; his nephews, Matthew Byrne (Julie), Michael Byrne, Ryan and Nathan Wade; and also Jeff Appel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2004 N 2nd St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
