He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland, Sr. Highman and Cecilia Highman (Stallings); and his brother Leland Highman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Debra Highman (Rexing); his cousins, Cathy Dale and Connie McDivitt; his close friend Tim Schaefer; and his pets, Toby, Benny and Calico.
