She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Baker and Hazel Baker (Chinn); and her husband William J. Heugel. She is survived by: her children, Wanda Heugel, Karen Wilbur (Scott) and William B. Heugel (Edna); and her siblings, Ruthie Baker and Tommy Baker.
