She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Ray and Ada Pearl Tison (Morse); her former husband Jerry Horstketter; her husband Tom Lockyear; her siblings, Maxine Miller (Fred), Lowell Tison (Earlene) and Gene Tison (Lorraine); and her grandson Joshua Horstketter.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ochsner and Jeff Horstketter; her grandchildren, Laura Cox, Bryan Ochsner and Alana Horstketter; her great grandchildren, Kylee Cox, Brayden Cox, Drezden May, Avianna Slayton, Marley Ochsner of Gerald, Valyn Ochsner and Kinzley James; and her siblings-in-law, Judith McCool and Joseph Horstketter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
