He is survived by: his children, Jill Benvenutti, Steven Adams, Katherine Mabbitt (Clay) and Elizabeth Trotzke (Mike); his grandchildren, Lia Benvenutti, Ava Benvenutti, Jacob Adams, Charles Adams and Libby Mabbitt; his former wife Beverly Gach (Gene); his sister Josette Bonewitz (Mike); his niece Krista Lockyear (Steven); and his nephew Michael Bonewitz (Heather).
