She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Darrell Drake Sr. and Jack Fornshell; and her uncle Bub. She is survived by: her sons, Cameron Opperman and Elijah Craig; her parents, Sherri Tosti and Jimmy Tosti; her granddaughter Sawyer-Jane Opperman; her brother Jason Opperman; her nephew Cooper Opperman; and her grandmothers, Sandra Fornshell and Doris Opperman. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mindy Jo Opperman Memorial Fund to assist with final expenses.
