He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Strader and Neoma Strader (Payne); his former wife Ann Strader; his wife Sharon Strader (Schapker); and his sister Cleata Strader.
He is survived by: his brother Steve Strader of Muncie; and his nephew Stephen Michael Strader of Philadelphia.
