He was predeceased by: his wife Gayle Schweizer (Powers); and his brothers, Robert and Brian Schweizer. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Moon (Nick), Laura Blackard (Cody) and Carrie Schweizer (Chris Boruta); his mother Roberta Schweizer; his siblings, Elaine Effinger (Danny), Carolyn Bittner (Mark), Diane Werner (Jim), Steven Schweizer (Marianne), Charlie Schweizer, Carl Schweizer (Mary), Mark Schweizer (Denise) and Joe Schweizer (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Adalynn Moon, Elia Moon, Everly Blackard, Brooks Blackard, Malgosia Boruta and Casimir Boruta.
