He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Kalinowski and Marvin Kalinowski. He is survived by: his son Michael Kalinowski; his siblings, Bernard and Rebecca Kalinowski; his nieces and nephews, Valerie, Jason, Shawn and Brian; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jewel, Charissa, Levi, Zada, Mercedes, Terney, Brooklyn, Brittany, Sidney, Sarah and Noah; and also, Jay, Aiden, Zane, Amera and Shawn.

In leu of flowers, donations may be made as a contribution to funeral expenses.
