She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Earp (Fuquay) and Joseph Earp; and her siblings, Robert, Louis Earp and Mary Ann Ritchie.

She is survived by: her husband Norman Kohler of Evansville, IN; and her daughter Diane Elizabeth Wallen (Paul) of Bristol, CT.. She is also survived by several cousins, nephew and nieces.
