It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Henrietta Winkler of Evansville, Indiana, born in Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mayo and Ethel Mayo (Barnett); her husband Edwin Winkler; and her siblings, Clara Louise Winkler (Tooty) and Eugene Frances Mayo.

She is survived by: her children, Charlie Winkler (Marsha) and Tony Winkler (Terry); her grandchildren, Tammy Goebel (Nathan), April Vindhurst (Rick), Cathy Ahman (Robert), Jessica Duke (Ben), Chris Winkler (Beth) and Johnny Winkler (Shannon); and her sister Mary Pauline Meece. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
