She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and Mary G. Lamey (Veneman); her husband Clyde U. Burns; and her brothers, Tim Lamey and Mark Lamey.
She is survived by: her son Kelly Burns (Penny); her grandson Nicolas Grant Burns; her brother Dennis Lamey (Catherine); her nephews, Dennis Patrick Lamey, Jr. and Robert Phillip Lamey (Becca); and also Sonya.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Benedict Cathedral (1328 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
