He is survived by: his wife Laura "Bea" Yancey; his children, LaDonna Richardson and Steven "Sean" Yancey; his brother Royce Yancey; his sister-in-law Lee Lee (Roy); his grandchildren, Ja'Ron Yancey, Brandi Yancey, Terrence Lewis, Kaliea Booker, Jeremy Gathering, LaShawdra Yancey and Jamia Williams; and his close friends, Clara Jackson, Vanessa White and Jerrod Carr. He is also survived by 14 Great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, & nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Baptist Church (605 Canal St, Evansville, IN 47713). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
