Ota (Kolle) of Evansville, IN; his children, Karen M. Jolly (Curt) of Hazleton, IN, Mary K. Ota of Evansville, IN, Baby Jonelle K. Ota of Hazleton, IN, Kenneth W. Ota San of Evansville, IN and Timothy Deloyd Ota (Keshia) of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Kimiko Ota of California, Mitchell Ota of New Hampshire and Matthew Ota of Phoenix, AZ; his brother-in-law Louis E. Kolle (Peggy) of Cadiz, KY; his grandchildren, Kiera A. Jolly, Michael Dean Jolly, Aurora Love Ota, Anastasia Noelle Ota, Lil Timmy J. Ota, Kenzie R. Ota, Alexander D. Ota, Brandon M. Watson, Parielle M. Watson, Kimiko S. Watson, Kaylee R. Lester, Alana M. Lester and Maria I. Hernandez; and his great grandchildren, Violet M. Watson and Amayia Ota Givens. He is also survived by Six nieces and one nephew along with cousins.
